While working for Arizona State University, I designed a project management SaaS platform to be utilized by the tech support department to keep track of tickets and other tasks.

It is scalable for any general task management requirements.

It utilizes visual cues like colors and numbers to prompt users to naturally move in the direction of the task inspired by pika-pika method used in manufacturing facilities.
