UX Research at Waymark Gardens

Part of a team hired by Waymark Gardens to conduct user research and find solutions to improve the safety and security of advanced aged residents.

After months of research, interviews, ideation sessions, we designed an app that could help improve access to local help for seniors. They can, through three easy steps, gain access to all the local nurses, doctors and other types of help.

The app was designed to cater to advanced aged individuals who might have difficulty reading smaller text and get bogged down by complex steps. We designed an experience where accessibility is key in both design and the service offered.
