Stars and Vogue Audit

Stars and Vogue is a conversion-focused UX audit for a jewelry e-commerce brand, centered on improving trust, visual consistency, and the path to purchase. I began with stakeholder discovery to understand why the site was underperforming, then identified key friction points across first impression, navigation, product discovery, and checkout intent. The outcome was a set of human-centered recommendations to strengthen emotional resonance, clarify the shopping journey, improve SEO and category structure, and create a more premium, conversion-ready experience.
