Developing floor lights to assist people who have pets or like to step out at night recreationally
A wristband with RFID chip to provide exclusive access to residents and staff and prevent intruders
Bump strips on footpaths to help mobility scooters remain on path and not fall off causing an issue for residents of advanced age.
